The Piaggio Typhoon and Zip are a pair of lively little Piaggios that
only really miss out in the all important grunt depratment. Having a few
customers that really wanted more we set about developing a lightning fast 70cc
conversion kit for them. The power gain is phenomenal, literally doubling the
stock 4hp at the back wheel to a much more useable 8hp. The parts used are
listed on the dyno sheet.
Note: All of our testing was carried out on a
DynoJet rolling road dynamometer
